Services & Fees
Individuals
I work with adult (18+) individuals going through transitions, family of origin challenges, navigating their racial identity, perfectionism, anxiety, depression, and obsessive compulsive disorder.
Most of my work is with those that identify as women in the global majority throughout all stages of their lives. Because, truthfully, being a human, and an adult human at that, can be hard.
This can look like the following:
Having anxious thoughts on repeat
Feeling like you need to do things perfectly or you won’t be taken seriously
Experiencing grief and loss
You have been diagnosed with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) or other talk therapy has not helped your anxiety, or sometimes made it worse.
Feeling like it’s hard to get motivated or moving when you know you should
Feeling like you are too much and simultaneously not enough
relationships
It is easy to feel like relationship therapy is only for relationships who are in trouble, or who have run out of options. However, you and your partner don’t need to be experiencing extreme distress before seeking out counseling. Sometimes preventative care is the best care, at any stage of your relationship.
I focus on multiracial relationships who are working on their integrated couple identity, experiencing communication challenges, or generally want to find ways to better connect with each other.
This can look like the following:
People who are dating, co-habitating, or married
Those who feel their partner is not hearing what they are trying to communicate, no matter how hard either partner tries
Living in a multiracial relationship and exploring how your joint identity can honor both of your backgrounds
One person in the partnership has OCD
Parents or caregivers of those with OCD
Platonic relationships
Not all meaningful relationships or relational challenges are romantic in nature. I work with friends, roommates, and siblings navigating particular challenges in their relationships.
This work is often short-term around a specific topic or stressors, and can look like the following:
Best friends undergoing growing pains
Roommates broaching a difficult topic
Adult siblings wanting to connect on a deeper level
Groups of 3 or more, please contact me for price and availability.
ocd therapy
I work with adults (18+) diagnosed with or suspect they have OCD and those who wish to better support their partner or family member with OCD. This can be individualized therapy or relationship therapy.
This can include but is not limited to:
Individuals with OCD
Romantic relationship where one partner has OCD
Caregivers who have a family member with OCD
Working with family accommodations to help stop the OCD cycle, not feed the OCD cycle.
